SELLING YOUR HOME?
HERE'S HOW AN INSPECTION CAN HELP
Many sellers choose to have a pre-sale inspection on their home. This can help in multiple ways.
1. This gives your potential buyers a good feeling that you are trying to find & fix any potential problems before a sale. That you care about the buyer.
2. Can head off any potential issues that may be found in a buyers inspection. Problems found once you are already in contract can postpone the closing date until repairs are made or the concerns are addressed.
3. If you disclose issues or fix the problems this gives buyers less negotiation power from a buyer home inspection. This can save you money.
