Scheduling an Inspection

Most often we work with real estate agents to schedule the inspections.  Some buyers want to be at the inspection the entire time, some not at all, but most buyers come to the end of the inspection for a walk through of findings.  Reports are generated and emailed out via PDF file within 24 hours except for Friday inspections which will be sent out Monday morning.  ​​
 

If you are working with a for sale by owner property, we will work with you & the owner to set up the inspection.  Some agents like to come to inspections with their buyers, some do not.  We typically copy your agent when sending your report, but if you do not want them to have it, just let us know.

Pre-Inspection Agreement

Ohio law requires a pre-inspection agreement before a licensed home inspector preforms an inspection.  E&O insurance companies typically will not cover an inspector that does not have a signed pre-inspection agreement.
